Wow, this works! Immediate pain relief!
This product was in my Amazon recommendations based on my last purchases. I buy a lot fitness and wellness products. At first the item appeared silly but I went and checked out the reviews to see why Amazon thought I might like this product based on my purchase history. It had overall good reviews on actually shaping the glutes and helping people meet their fitness goals so that was a positive thing. The review that leveraged me to buy it was this helped another user with their hip, sciatica, and lower back pain. Something I struggle with due to an injury which has caused weakness in the glutes and uneven muscle development on one leg, especially in the hip and glute regions. I was really excited to try it because the other user said it helped them tremendously. I am so glad they shared that experience because I got my package and tried it today. It has 6 really great modes to choose from. Mode one helps for aching muscles to relax and relieve muscle tension. It’s the warm up mode. I really noticed this providing me relief in my lower back muscles. Then I decided to use Mode 4 for deep muscle stimulation that is supposed to encourage muscle growth for the rest of the 20 minute session and I felt like my weak leg muscles had a little bit of wake up during the session. I felt like I had better feeling in that leg. It was pretty easy to use. My product was new and free of defects when I unboxed it. I will probably keep the box to store it safely when not in use as it seems like a delicate product if not stored properly. I only used the device at level 1 for its intensity and it had 15 levels to go up to. Level 1 was perfect for my weak muscles. I did check out level two but quickly went back to one. So I would say that if you are at a good fitness level, this has a higher intensity for you to work with. Level one is excellent if you have weak muscles and pain you are trying to improve on. Another thing to note is that the hip belt is not very large. It does have an elastic for some extra give, but it might not fit with the Velcro size provided if you’re hips are broader than 46 inches is my best guess. Although you could probably use a Velcro extension to make it work. Any way, I hope it lasts a while. It seems promising with my first use and I am very optimistic that it will help me with my glute strengthening goals and improve my lower back pain.

It works BUT be careful!
This EMS gets the job done. BUT PLEASE use as directed! I started using this on mode 3,4 and 6 at level 5 intensity. I did that for 3 days straight. One cycle in the morning and one cycle at night. I was able to target the lower glutes which has always been my problem area. By day 2, the muscles in my lower rump was so sore I got excited. I said "YAY" I'll finally get that bump at the bottom that I've been unable to get with squats! That's when I made the awful decision to over do it.... I began doing 2 CYCLES on Maximum intensity (level 15) twice a day. Thats a total of 80 minutes of EMS on level 15. I would alternate between modes 3,4 and 6. I did this for the next 4 days. After 1 week, I saw some slight changes in that lower rump area! It looked "juicier". LOL. So, here comes bad decision #2. I decided to do 3 cycles in the morning and 2 at night. I even purchased a second belt put on my abdomen because I was so impressed with the results of the first one! WELL, after 2.5 weeks of NONSTOP, EMS stimulation at the highest intensity, I ended up in the ER. I bruised some of the nerves in my lumbar area. This will heal. And my doctor said it's okay to continue on a lower intensity in about 4 weeks. However, I am only advised to use this 4 times per week.I got so excited, that I wanted to expedite the results. My feedback -- IT WORKS! But, be smart and use as directed. Be consistent and don't over do it. Give your muscles a break. That's where I went wrong. I didn't give my muscles a break and went way to hard.

I really like it so far. Hopefully it will serve a long time.
This testimony is from the first day of use after receiving the belt. I will update it after a while. I like it alot so far. It looks like a sturdy piece and the electric impulses are pretty strong. I could not go more than setting 3, and there are 15! Wow, I am impressed. I would like similar device from this company for waist and hands. I am using this belt not just for buttocks but for hips and stomach too. I know its designed specifically for buttocks but it can work in other areas although not ideal. For example to use it on hips I have to turn it and put the plate on one hip and do 20 min then adjust the plate on another hip and do another 20 min. Otherwise because of the plate placements it won't work on both hips at the same time. You can even lay down on it and do your shoulders.I really like that water spray is enough for conductivity and no conductive gels are required. I already have done 1h 40 min on it today. My question is can you overdo it? I wish thete would be more information, description, video on how exactly to use different modes for different results. Please, make similar device for stomach and hands. I've seen it but from a different brand.Update 1: I only used it for a few days and the intensity jumped on me without me pushing anything. Needless to say it was painful. It happened for the first time today. It is absolutely no no.Also there is weird blinking line on the screen of the unit that is attached to the bell. I'm not sure if it's supposed to be there but I don't think I saw it before.I absolutely dislike settings mode 3. Even on a low setting of 3 or 4 it has such a sudden jolt, it is painful. I absolutely don't understand why it is there. This crazy sudden jolt should not be there like what the hell. I can't never use this mode 3 anymore. It already cought me off guard couple times. I have not noticed this so far in other modes. Also the charge doesn't last as long as I would of liked. The remote literally has to be charged daily. Also the small power unit that you connect to the belt in the back gets easily knocked off, it doesn't stay tight. And since it's in the back there is mo way to press the buttons on it in case you don't have remote close by. This is not well thought of.I still wish there would be clear instructions on what mode yo use for what. It seems only mode 5 is for fat loss and the other modes are for building muscle. So I don't get it if I use other modes on my wrist for example will it help loose fat or opposite increase the muscle I am confused.
