Great for teacher, a voice and Life savor !!!
I got this for my wife, who is a primary school teacher. It has a really good sound quality and It's nice that it is wireless, so she doesn't have to carry around the speaker in order to use this. This item was really helpful during the Covid period as the students weren't wanting to come in closer. This can get really loud--one of her coworkers commented that this was a great recommendation for other teachers and the build quality of the item. Few are the pro and cons I found for itProsNice build and sound quality for the priceNice battery backup for the provided sizeConsSometimes it may be little heavier to carry around

Highly versatile, high power wearable PA
This is the highest power personal PA I have seen in this price range, and it comes packed with a lot of features. The unit operates in multiple modes, each with its own accessories:1. Wireless. The UHF earpiece/boom mic combo comes with a neck band and its own charger WITH A CHARGING BRICK. Connection to the speaker is a matter of pressing the mode select until "UHF" displays. At this point, you can control the full volume range of the speaker from the buttons on the headset.2. Wired. There is a completely separate wired headset that plugs into a dedicated 'mic' jack on the side of the unit. This is great for situations in which the wireless headset is discharged, or for talking over Bluetooth or Aux playback (see below).3. Bluetooth. The unit connects as a Bluetooth speaker - in fact, this is its default mode at power-on for some reason. There are the standard play/pause and track switching buttons on top of the speaker for remote control. If the mic is plugged in, both BT and mic streams are mixed, so you could do an impromptu Karaoke or voiceover presentation. There is no independent mixer control.4. Aux. Standard 1/8" phone jack input for other devices. It also mixes with the microphone input.SOUND QUALITYI was impressed by the dynamic range of this setup. Neither mic was muffled at all, and the speaker, being relatively large for its type, was capable of producing a full, rich sound. The microphone is a cardioid type, with a 2" or so pickup range. It's fairly omnidirectional within that range, and I found the best position was right below my lower lip, with the capsule facing directly upwards. This seems to be the intended orientation. I didn't experience feedback until the mic was about 4" from the speaker, so this shouldn't be an issue in any normal setting.I had a 4th grade teacher friend of mine try it out in her classroom. She wears double masks all day and was losing her voice trying to talk over all the rowdy kids. This has literally saved her voice. She had nothing but praise.CONCLUSIONAlthough this unit is definitely more expensive than some of the lower-power units out there, and a little heavier due to the larger speaker, it produces a full, rich sound and has some nice extra features not found on other units. It's especially good for teachers who have to wear masks all day and are looking to save their precious voices.

You need a better mic, the included on is awful. It does work though.
I got this to prepare for teaching in a mask.It is loud enough for a classroom with about 20 students, larger than that, at it is not loud enough. This will not work in a huge classroom.Good:It does amplify. You can connect it via Bluetooth to a better mic.You can (in theory) wear it slung around your neck with the mic attached (but it is very heavy for this)Sound is acceptable, not fantastic but ok.You can record with it.Bad.Included mic is awful, not adjustable for head size, slips off my head and just is annoying. You really cannot wear this around your neck unless you are the Hulk.Sound quality degrades as you make it louder.
