Good quality system for the price. I have it installed now for 2 years & no issues with system whatsoever.App works well most of the time for remote viewing, with very simple set-up.I contacted customer service recently for a simple query, (that turned out was user error on my part), and response was excellent & the advisor called "Jar" was extremely helpful & responsive.There are more expensive CCTV systems out there for sure, but this 4 camera system with DVR is definitely value for money, with decent equipment & images & everything required for easy DIY installation included, even tye cables.Adding additional cameras was also easy, and they were readily available online.

Good quality for a reasonable price

This CCTV package is excellent - but not perfect. There are some big issues that I have discovered only after installation.The DVR itself is easy to use and, being "plug and play", it doesn't take much to get it going. Put the cables in and you're off to the races. By far, the hardest thing about installing CCTV isn't the box its the cameras. Its entirely up to you how to you do it - but chances are, unless you live in a single room, you're going to need much longer ethernet cables. I have a small one bed bungalow and it barely was long enough.The Operating System isn't very sophisticated. It does its job but is prone to freezing when left viewing one feed for example. After you've set it up the way you want, it can sometimes forget the settings you put on and so you have to keep an eye on that. However, the biggest issue I have is the Infrared switching from day to night. My place is very well lit and so a camera can see more when left with low-light colour settings than anything a IR camera can see. *THERE IS NOW WAY OF TURNING THIS OFF* As soon as the camera decides it dark, it turns on the IR. This is a disaster if you're using these through a window. I checked online and there is now way to turn this off. Very disappointing.All that said, I like the cameras and system and - for the price - its an excellent way to protect yourself

Have given this 5 stars even though I’ve recently had an issue with the product for two reasons. Firstly, I Installed this product back in 2020 and found the installation and set up very easy and user friendly, with a good clear picture at all times. Secondly, I recently changed routers, following which I had an issue accessing the system remotely. I emailed support and advised them what had happened. Within a matter of hours - allowing for the time difference between the UK and China - I had replies that sorted the problem out! Thank you Polly in customer services at Zosi for you prompt and helpful advice!

Never had CCTV system before so knew little about them . This was a doddle to set up as everything you need is included with the kit and instructions for easy set up . Connected mine to smart TV with HDMI cable and using online APP for live iPhone viewing too ! Picture quality is excellent and you are able to view individually or multi screen modes . Night time vision is really good too ! Playback is easy when you read the manual in detail and in no time you’ll be well able to navigate all recordings . 1TB hard drive is more than able to record 24/7 on all cameras constantly .Overall Well pleased .

Before I purchased the ZOSI 1080P CCTV Camera System a done lots of research and watched many reviews on the best cctv to get for your home. And the ZOSI system always came out the best and most affordable.And they were correct it gives a very clear picture easy to set up and cost effective with the 4 cameras you are able to cover the boundary of you home. And if needed purchase extra cameras, and extra cables. All in all a very good system

Excellent product for the price, after a few weeks of use 2 cameras suffered from condensation on the inside & another had the same problem but seemed to clear before i contacted Cathy at customer services.She explained that if the third camera showed signs of condensation in there experience it could happen again so sent 3 x new cameras post free.Extremely fast and professional company.
