It's a double hard ball bought to massage either side of my spine. Whilst it does that kind of its just not big enough to give the kind of angle that is needed for deep pressure. I don't use it anymore.

i have fibromyalgia which has tender points,all i have to do is lean back heavily in my chair with the balls either on my lower back or neck,.it is a far better pain killer than any of the doctors drugs and works in about half an hour.i wish others could know this,

Bought this for neck and shoulder pain as advised by physio that pressure on knotted muscle will help. Although this item is much harder than I expected, after leaving it pressed against areas that I have knots it really eases them. I use this on the sofa pressed up against the back of it as I'm sitting there. Takes a while to know how to use it but I find it really helps

Good quality product, it's much heavier than expected but that is because I had super light one before. I use it for massaging my back - do a mid squat with your back on the wall. Put this between your back and wall and keep squating with the ball massaging your back against the wall. Hope it makes sense.

I normally use 2 hockey balls taped together. The product is of good quality but for me the size of the this product ball is smaller. So be mindful of this when you purchase it. I did not do my research! It does do the job but I prefer the bigger ball to put at my thoracic spine to do my extensions.

This is really good for shoulder and back niggles, I lent it to a friend and she found it so useful she never gave it back so I got a replacement!
