Phoxinus anodised aluminium butt rests are designed to be easy to use, look good and last long. Adjustment to fit your rod is done in seconds by unscrewing the ends, and changing the spacers, before reassembling. These Phoxinus back rests feature a rubber washer which is crucial for easy alignment to rod pods. This washer compressed as you tighten them up to allow them to stay tight when facing the correct way. Without it, you'll find your rests are either loose in the thread or end up pointing whichever way they are when they happen to be fully tight.

Cheap and Cheerful.
Gets 5 stars based on what I knew I was purchasing. If I'd paid more these would have been received a lower star rating.. I wanted some very cheap back rests that hold the rod firm and they definitely do.Overall they do the job you want, sure build quality and materials ain't in the same league as expensive solar ones but you get what you pay for and for 3 I think these are pretty dam good value. If you want quality these ain't for you, if you want cheap that does the job these are a great buy

Just what I wanted. Ordered these as I use both cork handled rods (slightly wider) and slim blank handles. These I'm happy to say do both. Easily unscrew side caps and remove or add a small spacer, these are supplied with the rest. Hold the rods firmly in place and eliminate any sliding, but at the same time your rods will lift out with ease and very little effort. what more do you want for this price, highly recommend these.

Brilliant for the price
Absolutely love these, colour matches a few of my fishing items and they are nice and solid, ive previously been using the solid rubber grips and they can be a bit tight but these are adjustable so absolutely perfect.Ive used them once and will continue to use them with confidenceVery good buy for the price

Great but a bit fiddly to get right.
A few minor things made me knock off a star, the finish started to come off and adjustment was a fiddly process needing dismantling and reorganization of spacers. Once set there's no adjustment for thick or thin butt profiles.

Brilliant!
These are perfect for the job, they fit all rods, including cork handle. They are a lot stronger than your standard butt rests and arrived very quickly. I would definitely suggest these over the plastic rests as I've had previous ones snap and break on me when screwing into the rod pod.

Better and less complicated butt rests available
Bit fiddly, okay quality but won’t replace when looking to get new butt rests in the future. Not easy to set hight correctly desired.
