I like it after a while it stretches out. And I have to keep pulling. But you will sweats your butt off and might lose some weight.

I bought this belt to wear for running. It is so comfortable to wear and I do actually see my belly sweats after exercising. I just use wet damp cloth to clean it every time I use it and hang it outside to air dry so I can use it again the next day. Planning to get another one for interchanging use.

Too small

It is a good idea but would have been better with a zipper. It keeps stretching and after a couple of weeks, it's not even worth it.

It does bring you the heat, n sweat around the waist area, perfect to use when exercising. The only thiNg is the plastic smell tat comes with the belt...but after the first wash, its pretty much gone.

Bought it for my girl friend, she loves it. The size is little bit small, but the quality is really good. The material is soft, and durable. It's quite comfortable to wear it on.

Ordered 2/3x and when i got my 10 year old nephew is who it fit. My friend who is a xl couldnt even get it on
