Its a great product by a good company. Always gives good results. The quality has not changed but the date of manufacture should be fresh.

Packaging was really good and the delivery was on time as well.Its a non essential AA so you don't really have to take it, it will only help if u take it anyways, no harm here.I cant really tell if this works or not cause im not sure if im feeling better because of this or the BCAA's i take with it. None the less, it adds one more amino acid to the BCAA, ehich is good, i guess it works silently.

I bought this because my friend, a pro fitness bodybuilder, told me she used L Glutamine as part of her routine. This brand was highly rated on Amazon so I went with it. It has no taste and dissolves just fine. But, I kept reading up on it,and I'm pretty impressed. Aside from the body building stuff, it has other benefits. One, a lot of people with Celiac use this to repair their gut when they've been 'glutened." I'm not certain if it helps, but it doesn't hurt.But second, I read this stuff helps your body fight off a cold. I 100% firmly believe that! My coworkers are always passing around colds and stomach bugs, and every time one starts circulating I start loading up on this stuff. I haven't caught anything since! Even if I feel like I'm already coming down with something, I just mix this into some OJ, throw in some Zinc and C capsules, and I swear the cold beats a hasty retreat. I'd never believe that if I hadn't consistently experienced this for myself. I'm impressed and I think I'm going to keep this on hand from now on!

I am cure entry taking this mixed in my drinks such as powerade. You can't taste it or smell it when it's mixed in. (Note I haven't used this in water). It mixes welll except you might need to give your drink a shake or a stir every now and then. I'm currently taking it because it's supposed to be good for your immune system. Overall I am getting better but I can't say if that's from this or the medicine. If you're thinking about taking this supplement it's very easy to use. You mic the powder in a drink or like a smoothie. It does not come with a measuring spoon. I plan on taking this after I am sick and will add to the review if my immune system has impoved.

Like everyone else said, my container has no "blend" like the picture advertises. I don't understand how Amazon is still allowing this, after reading the reviews people have been saying this is false advertising since 2016. Really not cool. MusclePharm, UPDATE THE PHOTOS. I already bought this and threw my box away so I'll just use it for now. Disappointing though.

Used this quite a bit post workout and it does well for muscle recovery. I wasn't quite as sore as when I didn't take it. I just put a scoop in my post workout protein shake and I was good to go. It has no flavor which is perfect for adding it to any drink you want. Muscle Pharm is a quality company that I've trusted for a long time. I recommend this to anyone wanting a faster recovery.

Price i th I ng is affordable and the brand is one of the best , but It cause me nauseas , vomiting and a real bad and strong muscle pain , i love the brand , i use their vitamins, recovery, pre-workout and protein but this product didn't work for me. Maybe in some other people work but not me.
