Cut this ring off!!
I am so impressed and amazed at how easily this device cut a very tight ring from my finger. I was tempted to head to the urgent care in my area but was worried about the cost. I instead decided to investigate online ring cutters and I'm very happy to have chosen this one. My boyfriend easily cut the ring from my finger. It was very quick, just a few twists of the handle. I kept the ring as it was not damaged other than the one clean cut. Very pleased with my purchase.

Works great
Got the job done. My ring had been stuck for about four years and I finally decided it needed to come off to be resized.

Works, but use caution
The media could not be loaded. Straight to the point: I got my rings off without visiting the fire department, which is what my jewelry store suggested. I would make sure that you're water retention is at its lowest before attempting, as it does need some space to insert the metal guard, and you're going to want to get the ring off right away, as it's sharp after being sawn, and your skin will be angry from the pressure and tugging. At first glance, this tool looked intimidating and, frankly, dangerous (keep out of reach of children), but I didn't want to go to the fire department to have it sawn off before surgery. I figured, if this didn't work, I'd head there, but I wanted to save the embarrassment and try myself first. It took a helper (my husband) to work the can-opener like saw, while I held it in place. You'll want to keep your hand open flat to avoid contact with the saw. It also was NOT easy to pry my thick band with pliers, so I needed to saw my two rings in two to pull off closer to my palm, vs sliding over my knuckle. PSA: YOUR RING WILL BE SHARP, as it was just sawn by metal, so your band may cut your skin, as you can see it did mine. It will also leave "gold dust", from grinding the gold down. Overall, it only took less than a minute per ring and saved me a trip to the FD. Win win. Now to get my rings resized after the swelling goes down in a few days.

Very safe
Worked like a charm! So safe! I cut in just one place though. I see why some people cut in two spots cause I really had to pry the ring apart to get my fat finger out of there!!!!

Great product - Does the Job as advertised.
Received in a timely manner. The product worked really well. We were able to cut off a gold ring that got stuck on my wife's finger. No other method would work. The ring will have to be fixed by a Jeweler - but that was to be expected.

It worked!
I had a surgery coming up and needed to remove my wedding ring set that has been stuck on my finger for several years. My husband’s wedding band has been stuck also, so he decided to give it a try, too. It did take the two of us to work the appliance most effectively and it took a minute or two of several steady turns, but we were successful! My husband’s band took a little extra because of the size and ridges on the band, but it did cut through. Quality build, functioned well with accuracy. The blade stayed sharp enough to cut through 3 separate bands in a timely manner.
