Arrived in tiny broken pieces
This incense was improperly packaged and came in hundreds of tiny pieces which are completely useless. It's not worth returning so I'm just stuck with it because I prefer not to re-mail. The scent is great but what good is it if you can't use it? Very disappointed.

I love this incense. It smells wonderful, just like the incense I used to buy in Japan town from my youth.

Packaging damaged the incense sticks
Dislike - whoever did the package didn't care about the order. See attached photo the package was or not packed. The incense sticks are smashed.Like - the scent is pleasant. Wish I had a pleasant experience opening my order.
