Water tight.
Nice light attaches to gopro mount easily. Like ability of having both hands available while diving. I've mounted it on my new full mask/snorkel comb.

Cannot beat the Lumen output for the price!
This light was great while diving to 125 ft on U-853 and looking inside the wreck. The rechargeable light is really nice to not have to replace batteries.The lumen output is great as a general flood light and illuminated enough for GoPro usage.I did not give it 5-stars because I feel the GoPro mounting point could be bulkier. Using the same foot style as the gopro to "lock" it in would give me more piece of mind. It is fairly secure and took some abuse on entry/exit of the water.
