I have ordered this product and the 4 door access controller and a 2 door access controller., I didn’t think I would be able to set it up, but it was easier than I thought. Customer service was great and very responsive. Easy set up and very reliable products. Definitely ordering another controller unit soon!

I’m build a proper access control system for the shed I operate my eBay business out of. I wanted a power supply with UPS function because the strike plate lock I will be using fails safe so if the system looses power it will fail locked requiring an actual key. I really don’t want the access control system to stop functioning during a power failure. This unit seams built well, it is outputting 12V like it should and is charging the battery. I tested the UPS function and it stays powered up when unplugged. I won’t be using the other functions of this. The TCP/IP access control board I will be using actually controls the lock, exit button and keypad directly. it just uses the 12V output of this power supply. Three stars because the manual is written in very broken English and really doesn’t tell you anything… you kinda gotta figure it out yourself.

Works pretty much as described - design has all features you need - But - took one star off because - the range of the out put timer is not as specified - listed spec is - 0 to 15 seconds - really is about half - 0 to 8 seconds - was counting this spec - now will have to purchase another device - from a different source - the answer back from seller is just - "will correct" - nothing said about getting this fixed - as i had asked - or - sending an exchange - oh well, guess thats it
