Worked as Advertised
Can't speak for the life of the pump but installation was easy and it worked great for my 25 ft sailboat.

Pump out water!
Tried it on my boat this weekend to pump out the water that comes in from surfing on the waves and it did a great job, hooked it to a 12v battery and no need to verify float it is automatic. Great product!!

easy to install 12v and strong
the pump works great. i really like the automatic float switch. it will only turn on if it's underwater great feature. i needed this pump to run 10 hours a day. i used it and noticed the 12 gauge wires i used to run it would get warm to the touch after a few hours. i didn't want to risk it so i swapped it out for an AC sump pump.feels like this 12v pump may not be rated to run 10 hours a day every day and might burn out. never tested until it failed, this is just a theory.

Only last one month
The pump stopped working after one month. Uninstalled and checked it, and found the water leaked into the motor chamber (can hear water sound by shaking it).
