Not good
After nearly a years use, mmmmmm what to say, quite uncomfy now, plug broke off after 6 months use for the vibrating function and is unusable now, arm rests are flat as pancakes, I can feel the underneath metal on my arm when lent on not a great chair for long term use

Well worht the money
We have searched high and low for a decent office chair and came on this one. Thank the good Lord for it. The chair is comfortable and just what I need. I love the tenze type feature. The wires are a pain but the simple answer is just to disconnect the wire from the chair and only use it when needed, otherwise it just get tangled up.

Good value for the money, it was but now it appears it is not.
Great chair, the only issue is the padding in the arm rests as that compresses and never returns to its original shape.Other than that I really like it.UPDATEAfter a year it has stopped reclining and the gas cylinder has started leaking so it keeps going down.

Ouch!
First, the box arrived without screws and they had to be shipped from China which took two weeks to arrive. Once the chair was put together it was comfortable and the massage feature was very nice. However, after settling into the chair for about an hour, the foam compressed enough for the hard massagers to poke into my thighs and back and became very uncomfortable. Returned.

Good bargain
I was expecting the massage to be the roller type rather than vibration. A combination of both would have been perfect.I like that I can recline the backrest and enjoy the massage but don't expect to have a power nap while at it.

Perfect value / quality.
Nice to sit on for hours, very comfortable seems like the design is made to sit it like a long chair. Easy to build if you have bare minimal screwing knowledge. ;)The massage function is nice as well but I wouldn’t have it as comparable as the other features.All in one: is a good deal.

a very comfy chair but a bit difficult to move around but all in all good value for money. A bit of a pain to build because of the weight and size but all the same pretty good value for money

Very disappointed!
Awful thing. It looks lovely....but 10 mins after constructing the electric failed and when we tried to disassemble it to return it the bottom foot support and the height shaft would not come apart so repackaging was a nightmare!
