Replacement for Switch on Ikea sit-stand desk bought in 2004
Successfully replaced a switch on an Ikea sit-stand desk with a Linak controller that was bought back in 2004. Replaced a Linak DP0001 with an RJ45 jack (ethernet style jack) with a Linak DPAK06. Pictures show the old Linak alongside the new, slimmed-down switch. Linak DPAK06 Desk Panel does not come with screws -- you must provide your own. Impressed with the 19 years of reliable service that the Linak switch gave -- the part that wore out were the contacts on the removable pin. The Linak controller and motors are still going strong.

Stopped working after a few weeks
Bought to replace another brand that failed. My guess is this is made by the same company because it stopped working only after a few weeks.

Worked great for 2 months
Bought this because of great reviews and it worked great for two months. Now it only goes down. It will not raise the desk anymore. Gave it 3 stars because I can't be sure its the remote or the desk itself. Because it goes down, I feel like the desk motor is working.

Replacement controller works great!
Works great on my Vari (Varidesk) electric standing desk as a replacement for the original. Simple RJ45 connector and a couple screws holes for mounting. Like the joint on it too, makes it less likely to hit with chair and break. Slim design.

The media could not be loaded. It fits perfectly and works like the original!

Expensive part, but the desk works again.
This costs $40, so I cant imagine what an actuator or control box costs! Seriously $40Ugh

Doesn’t work
Got this to replace the button on my desk and this one doesn’t work. The desk will now go down but will not go up when pushing the up button. Which is a total bummer because ’up’ is where I really need it to go.
