Sejoyia's Igredient Have you ever wondered how Snip Chips and Brussel Bytes come to fruition? It all starts with a single seed planted in the ground by Dick Peixoto and the Lakeside Organics team. Located in the beautiful Pajaro Valley of Northern California, Lakeside Organics is one of the pioneers of sustainable organic farming. In the early days when Dick was still just a boy, Lakeside was a conventional farm using pesticides. This didn’t resonate with Dick and when he took over he slowly made the switch. In 1996 he shipped the first produce from the farm with an organic label on it. 4 years later, Lakeside became a 100% certified Organic farm and they’ve never looked back.
