Amaron 150AH Tall Tubular Battery, White

Extremely disappointed with Amaron's after-sales service.I raised a complaint on 27th May for a non-functional tubular battery still under warranty, and after multiple follow-ups, there has been no technician visit or proper response. Even after calling your support repeatedly, I only get vague excuses.Is this the kind of service customers should expect from a reputed brand?Please take accountability and resolve this urgently.

I am not sure if I have received the new model or the old one. However, till now service is good, installation is easy

You will not be satisfied for service whenever you need ..they will hang your request as much as they can. Worst service ever. Preffered to buy other batteries

Hi ,This is very bad battery, not working properly after 3 months but service quality manager not check it's said to okay work only one hour for 2 fan if you used, this 200tt battery working on one hour, discussing, 150tt exit battery used on another home backup 6-8 hours,Please don't purchase this amaron battery
