At this price point I was happily surprised. This seems to be a well-made, sturdy knife that will stay sharp a long time. I like its weight and balance. I like the full-length tang. I am not surprised to see a saber grind at this price point. The tangs and butt are comfortable in my hand. The stainless blade is stamped "04/18" which should be good enough. I have been using it for slicing crusty breads for a few weeks and have no complaints.

Good for cutting the Hard breads, for soft bread it doesnt work,

very good knife. the handle allows you to hold it tightly and the little extra weight helps to cut the bread well. the package was delivered on time as promised.

Product is too big compared to what is shown in picture. What I received was a large size knife which is different from what is shown in picture. Seller should display correct size in picture so that people can know what they are ordering.

Used it a few times to cut home made bread with very poor results. Probable that the seller sent a used product with rough edges because the package was open and the knife had marks on it. Very disappointed, feel cheated.

Nicely finished, well weighted and balanced, this knife is a treat to use. Was apprehensive of the price but the quality of the product justifies the premium.
