Helpful in supporting lumbar
My chiropractor recommended this belt to help me cope with the intermittent discomfort with my lower back. It is narrow and can be successfully worn under clothing while providing the support that eases my pain and discomfort from deteriorating disks..

very helpful
Purchased this belt at my chiropractor's recommendation. Have pain in sacrum area and hip when I sit for more than 20 minutes. Belt really helps to stabilize and support that area. I also use it when I play golf to keep my hip from going out on me. Highly recommend this belt for anyone who has similar problems.

Great relief for SI and lower back pain
I have been battling SI joint pain, as well as lower back and hip pain. I am a relatively fit person and was a bit reluctant to try this belt. It has worked wonders especially in situations where I normally have flare ups. For example, I typically experience SI and lower back pain within 5 minutes of driving my car. I have been able to take very long trips with minimal discomfort. This belt seems to keep everything in place properly in the SI area and pulls your core in. This is not meant to replace core strengthening exercises but it certainly helps keep the pain in check.

You get this belt set at the right location with your body and tightness it helps so much. My only issue was to make sure my clothes I was wearing was not in the way the get the right angel and tightness so you could get the relief with the way the belt works.I ended up having to have surgery, either way the belt was worth the buy. If you are suggested to get one of these belts for back problems or pregnant this belt is great help. The quality is good, service excellent by this company. Make sure you take note on the size of ordering. My son ordered one and it was to small. Not sure if it was the way he measured, but it sure worked well for me while I could use it.

I have the exact same belt ordered at physical therapy offices. Great quality, easy to put on and take off with sturdy Velcro. Need to now order a smaller size with weight loss:). The price here is 1/3 less than if ordered thru my therapist.
