Disappointed by this product, we appear to have a faulty item. We have not been able to get consistent measurements on low weight items - 1- 100g despite the described expectation. Given the high price we would expect a high dependability. This has been problematic given the exacting nature of baking. Staff have been less than impressed. I would appreciate a refund from Amazon/Weighstation
