Posture Improvement almost immediately
My shoulders had become rounded and my rotator cuff (which I had previously injured) had really flared up while I have been working remotely from my office at home. Not a great work set-up with my desk height not being great and staring into a monitor continuously due to video meetings. This product has improved my posture almost immediately. It is fatiguing to be sure but I believe it will be worth it. My wife noticed right away that my back was straighter and my head was more vertical. I bought two shirts and will rotate with the laundry. My goal is to wear them at least 8 hours a day for a month. I'll update my review then. One of my brothers recommended them due to a rotator cuff injury that he had and he claims that it healed after a month of consistently wearing the shirts. They are tight to get on and off but that is the point. They feel a bit like wearing a wet suit if you have had that experience. Well made. Pricey but again, you get what you pay for and these shirts really are the ticket to posture improvement.

It's snug, but comfortable & is my "go to" undershirt while walking.
This is probably my sixth Alignmed posture shirt (same v-neck pullover). Long story short, three of them vanished (unrelated incident) and I was one short, hence the most recent order. They absolutely do work!!! On my long walks (3-5 miles) up and down some very steep hills, they really help with my posture. Some years back, after seeing some unflattering pics of me hunching a bit, I tried various posture shirts. I stuck with Alignmed. Yes, it is a pain to get on and take off, but the instantaneous, and lasting, effect on helping keep my shoulders back is easily apparent.I've read many reviews complaining about the tight fit and difficulty in putting it on and taking it off. Of course, it feels a bit tight at first, otherwise it would be rather ineffective at helping with posture. One quickly gets used to how to put on and remove the shirt (it's not all that difficult as some would make it seem and easily done without anyone's assistance -- plus you do get somewhat of a nice feeling when you take it off and feel less restricted). As stated, it is my "go-to" undershirt when walking. It has always been comfortable and does help.

Tough to get off
To be fair, they offer a zip up version. This shirt is plenty long. I could stand a bit more support for the shoulders. With that said, I have a Tommy Copper shirt that I say the same thing about. This shirt is a pain to get off. If you are injured or have lost flexibility, get the other version.

Shockingly effective postural tool
I was more than pleasantly surprised at the effectiveness of this shirt. I'm not the average joe with a bad back - I'm a veteran and retired powerlifter who's still active and who does myofascial release therapy or rehabilitation just about every single day. I have myofascial pain syndrome and neurological issues in my scapular nerves causing very rounded shoulders which leads to a long list of problems and aching parts/joints - I've tried numerous shoulder/clavicle braces, back braces, the breath belt, the bowtie, kinesiotape, and this is the first product I've used that actually improves my shoulder posture and is comfortable. It's a highly compressed shirt, so expect that. It's basically a compression shirt with kinesiotape built into it - it pulls my scapula into place and helps hold them there - I'm still evaluating whether their claims of actually retraining muscles is accurate, but either way, it improves my quality of life and I get home from work with less pain and in a better bio-mechanical state. I wore it to work every day for a week and it wasn't any more smelly than any other undershirt - if you sweat a lot then yeah having a $95 undershirt might have some logistical problems, but it breathes fine.

It’s a very tight shirt
I don’t know how this is supposed to helpwith posture. Nice idea though

Effective device but REALLY Hard to take off
I had read some negative reviews concerning problems with the zipper on the zipper version of this shirt, so I purchased this 'pullover' version. It comes with instructions which explain how to put it on, placing your arms into the arm holes first and then putting your head in the head hole. All well and good, and the shirt really did feel like it was helping me with my posture. The problem came when I went to take OFF the shirt. (there were no instructions concerning this.) Pulling up the tight shirt over my head it got stuck and I'm walking around with my arms up and the shirt over my head looking like a comedian in an old black & white filmed comedy short. Fortunately my wife came by and after laughing for a few minutes helped me out of it.I immediately returned the shirt and bought the zipper version, which even though it required some special instructions also (connecting some hook and eye "helpers" before zippering) was much more satisfactory and I'm keeping it.

Helps
Near constant pain in my right lat/trap. Tech neck most likely but sometimes it significantly painful. It takes some effort to get this on - I sized down. My pain is nearly instantly relieved. Maybe not 100% but like 97%. It keeps me in good posture usually too. The price is steep but I'm very happy.Con - even when I don't do any hardcore activities, after one wear, it has a noticeable body odor scent. Not something I'm used to smelling on my other clothes. It doesn't seem to wash out completely either. I was wearing it for multiple days but that's not very practical because of the scent.

Nice compression shirt.
I have this and a Tommy Copper. Both are fine but this is higher quality. I am between large and extra large in most items. XL was best fit.
