I would not buy this again because it turns on by twisting the same cap you twist to replace the battery. If you click too far, the cap falls off and the battery falls out. So aggravating not to have a full-proof battery door and a separate power button. Every time I use it I have to turn it back a click, because I went too far and the cap fell off. Awful.

Received this item today and used it immediately.Had some hair above my lip, it removed it very easilyand it is painless.

This is very light weight and doesn’t hurt when using it.

Don't buy as a hair removal!!! I put batteries inside but the remover never turned on. No matter how many times I changed the batteries the LED light never turned on and neither did the remover. The shave head attached to the remover seemed to look dirty as if they had been used, so did the extra head that came with it. I am very disappointed.

It's a hair trimer...it does it's job and the battery life is amazing. I like it. I use it. If it breaks, I'll but it again. I've used 10 other brands and this is the best so far.

Doesn't work very well. If you are just doing the small peach fuzz it's fine. If you are doing the more corse hair like your eye brows plan on plucking
