Hausbath Bathroom Thermostatic Mixer Shower Valve with 9" Shower Head and Hand Held Shower System

This is a quality product for the price. All the pieces feel substantial and well made. Now that it is installed, it looks very, very nice.I'm a very competent DIYer and found the assembly instructions appallingly bad..almost as if they've been copied from various other product assembly instructions and cobbled together. The schematics don't relate to the product and are so small it's impossible to identify whether the supplied rubber o-rings and other washers are to be installed or not. As a result I have 3 o-rings and a 2 debris washers left over as I simply couldn't see the need for them or where they were to be installed. I also used a longer screw than the supplied 1" screw to fix the rail to the wall as the supplied screw was simply inadequate to fix beyond the 8mm tile, 2mm tile mortar, 12mm plasterboard and into the stud I'd purposely centre aligned for fixing the telscopic rail.Don't get me wrong, the rain-shower and wand work well and I have no leaks despite not installing the rubber o-rings. Despite the rubbish assembly instructions, I'll probably purchase again for another shower.

Shower up and running and works well. Controls nice and smooth. Really easy to fit if your previous shower unit was of the same type. However, on Amazon website Weisheit claim to sell this shower with a 10 year guarantee, but there is no paperwork regarding this amongst the packaging. Contacted Weisheit but only got a vague reply so guarantee probably is not worth much, but a good quality shower unit all the same, just do not buy expecting 10 yeas trouble free showering.

Not the best thermostatic valve around in terms of performance.I have had it now for 6 months and find the temperature change from hot down to cold to be to drastic, ie it doesn't reduce gradually it just goes from say 42 degrees to 20 degrees and then slowly increases to what you set it to. Say36 degrees. The quality and the asticics of the product is quite good. I am a plumber of 35 years and have installed hundreds of shower valves.

This is a very nice shower unit! The inlet holes are exactly 15cm apart so it was a quick fit. The head extends up and down so you can decide on the height needed before you screw it down. I love the dual-flow system to have it either go to the head or to the attachement. It feels durable and both the on/off valve and thermostaic valve have a nice click to them when you turn them on and off. I would definetly reccomend!

The product came well wrapped and on time. It is a good quality shower unit and very good value for money. I had a little problem getting the overhead shower system to work but worked fine after the control knob freed up.

Maybe not as powerful as previous shower.

As a bathroom supplier this product was a real find . Competitively priced . The fixing is at the top which gives the shower head strength . The pipe from the valve to head is adjustable . The overall feel of the product had a weighty presence . Will use again .

Being a plumber I can tell you this is built with better quality than some of the leading brands. Highly recommend. Pleased with purchase. Let’s hope the lifespan of this product will be just as good.
