Living on a farm I've lost a few phones over the years under vehicle wheels or in 2 metre drops onto concrete. I've frequently looked for strong shock proof cases and have been disappointed at what's on the market.I saw this case and ordered it for about £16 including delivery. It was fast to arrive.It is probably to strongest looking phone case - mine is for a galaxy S5 - that I've ever seen. It comes with an internal screen protector.There are a few issues to consider that would be worth considering because this case certainly won't suit everyone.You put this together with small Allen keys. They provide the threaded allen key bolts and a tiny allen key to screw them in with. In fact there are two allen keys and some spare screws.It took about 15 minutes to work out what to do and then put it all together.If you are away from home you are unlikely to be able to remove the phone from this case easily. Unless you've taken the Allen key with you or have it avaiable than you are in trouble if the phone freezes and needs the batterery removing or if the SIM or data card dislodge slightly and need the phone back removing to reposition them.I've put my allen key into a little zip pocket on my 'man bag' that I nomrally carry my lap top in when away from home. The key size is very small, virtually a watch makers size so it's not something you are likely to be able to solve with a knife from the kitchen drawer or something in your car boot.The weak spot is the charging port cover. It's the same on any phone case or cover. Because of the thicknes of the case, there must be about 8mm at the bottom, you have a deep well to get at the charging socket and it's very difficult to open the fiddly flap on the bottom of an S5. You almost need a needle to get it open. The base just has a rubber bung to cover the charging port hole and it's not very fit for purpose at all but in fairness I'm not sure what else they could do. The bung will almost certaibly come out and get lost anyway and so i'm thinking of just not bothering with it. This means that should the phone get dropped into water, even if recovered very quickly, it's unlikely this case will provide any more protection than any other design of cover.I don't think that's a major failing of this case, it's the way the Samsung's are designed and you could possibly solve the issue but the side effects probably make it easier to just risk it.The case is quite heavy and expands the outer circumference of the phone by about 18mm and so it won't just slip nicely into the average pocket.So in summary. Very well engineered for shock proof properties and looks unlikely to bend if stored in a rucksack, case, or similar environment. Difficult to quickly remove from the phone should that need to happen and unlikely you'd do it at all without the specific allen key provided.Too big and heavy to reasonably be carried in a clothing pocket and might be on the heavy side to stay in some car phone holders unless it's cradled in some way. Brilliant for workmen, farmers, military, police and any other situation where protection of the phone is more important that cosmetics and convenience.Its unfair to compare this product on a star rating with other phone cases and its designed for a very specific purpose. Based on it's intended purpose and market I give it 5 stars with the caviats of the limitations I have described above.

It's a wonderful item, well built and fits well, I haven't yet used it for fingerprint reading which is why only a 3.

This case looks and feels bomb proof, I think that the only weak point would be the screen but that's true of any phone and case.The reason for only 4 stars is because of the weight of the case and phone, which is 405 grams. This is not a real issue for me but it's something to consider. Also it was a bit fiddly trying to get all the screws out using the provided allen key. I am lucky though as I have a good set of precision screwdriver bits.I would definitely recommend this case to anyone who, like me is prone to dropping their phone

Good strong case, glass screen protector worked well (I broke it but my screen survived, so did its job well).It did attenuate (restrict) the signal and poorly effected the operation of my S5 phone. If you live in a city it should not be a problem.

This is a great product - but even better is the customer service. My partner (builder) believes this to be the best case ever and has tried to look after it but the glass has inevitably got broken. No questions , no delay we have been sent a new one. So professional, friendly and efficient - can’t fault them! 10/10 thank you!

Arrived quickly and broke even quicker. Definitley not hard wearing or built to last. This was for my mother's phone and she's gutted it's broken already. Cracked screen protector in 2 days. The little rubber toggles on the bottom that cover the charger port and mic ripped off and so on.

Keeps your phone safe great product but if a bit big and heavy but it is for a note 4 would recommend

Very happy with this case. Its well made, fits perfectly and looks smart. My phone has a hard time at work, and this feels like it will be virtually indestructable (with the exception of the screen of course) however, be under no illusions, its wide and its HEAVY. I was prepared for this, but still surprised once i had it assembled. Its a trade-off for the ruggedness, and i dont 'think' it'll bother me as im not exactly small myself...time will tell

This case is amazing. Will definitely protect cellphone. It is made durable and heavy so you know it's not cheaply made. The Note 4 is a good size phone and this will make it a little bigger, but it's worth it. I have full confidence if I drop my phone it will be protected. I am very happy with this case.

This case is the most durable heavy duty case I have ever seen. If u want a phone case that can withstand a lot, this case is the one to get. I bought it for my husband and he loves it. With his job he needs a super heavy duty phone case that will protect the phone. This case is kinda big and heavy but sooo worth the money.

This is an amazing case. Tough as nails, weighs a ton and I am pretty sure it can withstand the Zombie apocalypse. Truly, it adds a LOT of girth and weight to your phone. I love that, all other cases are wimps compared o this one. Easy on/easy off. 6 screws and pops right in. Has water tight seals on the headphone and charging ports.I personally love this thing!

Estoy encantado con la funda, se me ha caido 2 veces desde que la tengo puesta y se nota que esta protegida, y si tienes el hueco del lapiz algo holgado ya no tienes que preocuparte por que se pierda.Ademas en la caja te vienen 6 tornillos de sobra, por si se te pierde alguno (yo perdi 1) asi que no puedo estar mas contento con la funda.Si la vais a comprar tened en cuenta que aumenta bastante el peso y el tamaño del movil, a mi eso es algo que no me preocupa, pero es algo que teneis que tener en cuenta

Absolut stabil. Ideal für die Arbeit. Leider nur für Galaxy S und Zombie Phone.
