The exercise ball arrived on the stated date. It came folded up in a box with a plug and tool for removing the plug, and a neat and easy-to-use foot pump. It inflated easily, and inserting the plug was straightforward too. I am using it most to sit at my computer: it demands correct posture which has improved my frequently stiff neck & back significantly in the short time I have had it. I am still exploring exercises to do with its help ~ it would have ben useful if an illustrated leaflet of suggestions had been included, but this is not really an issue, as there is plenty of information on the internet. Overall an excellent product.

I'm very happy with this gym ball. It took about 7-10 minutes to pump it up with the manual pump(included in the package). The ball is firm, the largest size is very good, especially for taller people ( I'm 5.8). Now I can work on my ABS at home in the same way I did at the gym and can't wait to see results. Also, love the blue colour.

I bought medium size. It is perfect for me. I can sit on it and lay on it. It is light and comfortable. Made of extra thick non-toxic material. Nice design. I do yoga and pilates with this ball and I like it. It is good for pregnant womens as well. This ball helps improve balance, flexibility and coordination. Easy to use and clean. I am happy with this ball!

Second one of these balls I've bought and this one burst within a week, like the first - Not buying another one now as I'm concerned about the effect of the wasted plastic on the environment.

Very durable, good quality exercise ball. For the past month I have been alternating between the exercise ball and a desk chair when working from home. It's working perfectly.

I had one like this previuosly and it lasted for about 10 years. Good quality and really durable. The 'skin' is quite thick not like the latex one. I am using it for pilates and general excersice.

Great color, so easy to pump it and use. i got it for myself for home training, which is perfect as so many exercises you can do on this ball.happy with my purchase.
