Piece of scrap metal pretending to be a Tortilla Press
Brought this before it was relisted to hide all the bad reviews, its was £13.99 then, so they have also increased the price !!! It is a total waste of money, i lived in mexico for many years, i thought it would be nice to make my own now i am back in the UK, this press should be flat when closed, not have a huge gap like this one, tortilla expand when cooked, so using this one, you end up with a tortilla that resembles the thickness of a pie crust, any Mexican buying this in mexico would not put it straight into the bin, they would throw it out through the window, this is made by a company in Birmingham, in the UK, that clearly has not the slightest idea what a tortilla is , i sent mine back and i did not ask for a refund, i demanded a refund, the only thing this tortilla press is good for is weighing in for the scrap metal value
