Battery short lived
I purchased this battery in January 2019. Five months later, the battery no longer held a charge. The vendor offered an 18-month warranty on the battery, terrific, right?. Well, initially I had trouble figuring out how to contact the supplier to make a warranty claim. I'm big on an intuitive web interface and I didn't think the claims process was straight forward. However, after figuring out the process, I am completely satisfied with the supplier's response to my claim. They immediately sent me a new battery which, to date, is functioning as advertised. I give them 5 stars for prompt and efficient customer service where it counts most. when there is a problem.
