Does not come with any hardware or instructions. Gotta measure pretty well to set your nails just so to get them to match the cut out slots on the back of the item. Only three hooks, they are deeply curved, so if you have a hulking set of keys, all good. It's really pretty.

The piece itself is beautiful, but one hook was dramatically longer than the other two. Poor quality control. Kept the product since it would have been a hassle to exchange, but I would be aware of the poor quality control if considering this item.
