The first time I bought this-absolutely loved it. Made my hair soft, I could leave it in without greasiness. Great for helping to detangle my daughter's hair. Second time I bought it-they "improved" the formula. Except they didn't. It still felt like a cream conditioner but it didn't help at all with detangling. It didn't leave my hair feeling as soft. It just felt heavy. Not oily per se, but just...not great. So sadly this is my last purchase of this (I'm assuming they won't go back to the previous formula....more's the pity as I would have bought lots of that version!)
