Headhunter Premium Sunscreen - Clear/White - SPF 30

Headhunter has changed their formulation of their sunscreen. It is not as thick any more and I have to say that I feel that it worked better using the old formulation. The SPF 30 also seems to work better than the SPF 50, which is odd. That's why I'm only giving it 4 stars instead of 5. It's great, but it used to be better.

This stuff goes on thick and lasts me typically 1.5 - 2 hours on my face bodyboarding and surfing. If you plan on staying out 2 hours or longer you may want to look into 50 spf or use some zinc on your face. My arms have never been burned around the 2 hour mark in the water with this stuff, but my face definitely has.

Short of going with the zinc oxide stuff this is best product I've found for keeping the UV rays to a minimum. I use it for protecting my bald dome during midday surf sessions in Hawaii. It's good for an hour, two tops before having to reapply which is long enough for me.

Especially if you DO spend any amount of time in the water, this is the real thing. It goes on thick, and after getting hit by waves for hours, it feels about the thickness of regular sunscreen. It doesn't run into your eyes, and doesn't sweat off in competition. This is literally THE best sunscreen on the market. If you've got a freshly healed over scar, I'd put THIS on during the day (it won't wear off) and scar treatment stuff at night. This is the real thing!

This stuff goes on pretty thick and leaves a white residue, but it stays on. My son spent 6 hours a day at the beach in Junior Lifeguards where he would be in and out of the water all day. After a good application in the morning, he would come home unburned. It also doesn't sting the eyes--or at least it stings less than any other one we've tried.

Arrived quickly. No problems. Apparently a while back the product changed... previously it contained Titanium Dioxide, but now its Zinc Oxide. Still seems to work really good for surfing in Florida.

I use this stuff when I'm out surfing and it works great. Very thick product and takes a bit to rub into your skin but it won't ever come off even when you're diving under the water all day.

This sunscreen is awesome! I burn very easily since I take blood pressure medicine, and have had a very hard time finding a sunscreen that works for me while being on the boat all day. I used to use Bullfrog surfer formula, but since they quit making it I have tried so many sunscreens trying to find something that works for me. This is it! Give it a try.
