Exactly what I needed
I had a very sharp corner on my lower tooth after biting a nail and chipping a very small portion on the very top edge. I felt so stupid after doing it, and it was cutting the tip of my tongue. This product was perfect because it allowed me to bend the sanding ribbon around the chipped area which would have been difficult with a straight file and took off just enough to where it's not sharp enough to cut my tongue. I highly recommend this if you do something similar on accident. Now I know the real reason you shouldn't bite your nails... It's because you can chip your teeth!! Thank you again for offering this product!

A life-saver!
I had a spot between two bottom back teeth that was catching and cutting my tongue. My dentist couldn't find the spot and thought that I was being over-sensitive. With this strip I was able to gently file down the sharp spot and have had no issues since. So glad I found this product!

It's almost impossible to get the strips between your teeth. The product bends and warps.

Used to even out fillings, worked like a charm.
Had some fillings done, and in that awkward way where the dentist asks if your bite feels right after the 3rd correction (and you feel guilty for asking them to keep working on it), I said "Yeah, that's good enough," just to regret the little burrs and ridges that were still there. A little bit of this sandpapering down the edges and making it flush with the rest of the tooth, and I am substantially more comfortable. The only real downside is it's a little too thick to fit between teeth that are reasonably tight together, and there isn't an included way to cut the strips, as far as I can tell. I just use a pair of scissors.

If You Can Get Between Your Teeth It Works
Despite the numerous reviews here saying how difficult or impossible it is to get this floss between your teeth, I thought I would give it try anyway. Unfortunately, I am one of those individuals who could not get this floss between any of my teeth despite my best attempts. The final straw was when this floss actually cut my lower lip when I tried getting it in-between one of my lower front teeth which (I thought wrongly) would be fairly easy since there is a decent size gap there.Unless you have unusually wide gaps in your teeth, don't even think about trying to use this floss. It is, like so many others have said here far too thick. Also, you have to be extremely careful because it can easily slice/cut your lip if you are not very, very careful.I had high hopes for this floss, and wanted to like it, but unfortunately, at least for me, it was a total failure and a waste of money.

So cool!
This worked so great! I had some plaque buildup between two teeth on the front on bottom and I used this and it took it right off! Would have cost me to got to the dentist so this saved me alot of money! Takes a little work to get in between teeth but you can do it!

EXACTLY what I was looking for
I slightly chipped a crown on one of my canines (bit too hard into something), and the small (really tiny) chips I could feel with my tongue were really bugging me. I figured I would try this until I could get to a dentist. Well, this stuff works exactly as advertised. It's got just a bit of grit to it, so it can smooth out roughness and leaves your tooth nice and smooth without taking away too much material.Incidentally, I also had a pair of pointy tweezers whose point I had managed to break off. I tried other abrasives like an emery board, but those were too coarse. This was perfect for the job. Just enough grain to smooth it out perfectly. I'm a happy customer.

him a blank check!
I don’t recommend doing your own dental work :-) but I had a sharp edge between two molars that was slicing dental floss like crazy. My dentist insisted a new crown was the only way to solve this, but a past dentist used strips just like these to address and identical issue earlier in life. So I made the decision to give them a shot, and with a single pass I no longer shred dental floss. If you go this route, be so careful, you only have one set of teeth – and gums cut very easily! You don’t want to do the walk of shame into your dentist if you botch the task, it would be like handing him a blank check!
