Novartis Mineral Ice Pain Relieving Gel, Original Therapeutic, 2 Count, 8 Ounces.

Mineral Ice is my go-to topical pain reliever. I have fibromyalgia, and my muscles and joints ache all over, much of the time. I keep a jar of this on both floors of our house, a travel-sized jar in my purse, and another jar in my toiletry case. I don't travel without it, especially since my hips and back ache from traveling. Mineral Ice has gotten me through long flights, sitting in uncomfortable seats at sporting events, etc. I've even used it on my chest and face when I've had colds, to reduce the coughing and to open my sinuses. It's a little strong for that and can irritate delicate facial skin, but it helps a lot.What I like best is that I'm using something that helps my pain without taking meds that make me groggy, unable to drive, etc. I often choose it instead of my pain meds. Don't use a heating pad anytime soon after applying it so you don't burn your skin. And definitely don't use it shortly before getting in a shower or hot tub! THAT is painful!

Works well for deep muscle cramps. Have used it for years and getting harder to find in retail stores. It is an older product, but works better than newer products.

I'm old now. Part of that gig is always having this in stock in the house. Much preferred over all the other creams. Works great, doesn't smell terrible, and actually helps some of the occasional aches and pains. Highly recommend.

I have used Mineral Ice for years, but sometimes, I have a hard time finding it, here, in Hawaii. When I could not find it, I would look for other things to try. They never worked for me like Mineral Ice does. Having things shipped to Hawaii can be quite expensive, but I finally found this one on Amazon prime. Mineral Ice gives a nice, soothing coolness to aching muscles without that greasy feeling that can come off and stain your clothes. Massage this is in deep for those really sore, achy muscles, and it just feels amazing. It might not work for everyone, but I simply don't ever want to use anything else.

My mother asked me to buy the Mineral Ice for her knees. She had to wait to use it because of prescriptions she is taking. Another lady in the building told her how good it was and other people are asking about it. I am still into old days remedies, so Vicks VapoRub still works for the few aches and pains I may have. But, I would recommend it since people are saying how well it works for them.

Back pain

My daughter who cares for the eldery recmmended this to me after I complained ,for lower back pain. my pain is mild and I am 80 ++++++++, after applying a litle to my back after 3 or 4 minutes the pain disappeared. It works for me.

Mineral ice is hard to find these days. It’s the only topical rub that works for me.
