These strips smell so good and helped me sleep better at night. I used them to go camping and slept through the night.

This is miraculous! My man snores sound like a loud lion in the jungle & this tape fixed it. Initially, the snore was a lot softer, than there was no snoring throughout the night (unless he was briefly shifting positions).

When they stay on they work seemingly well. But I’ve wasted over 1/3 of the box because often times they do not stick or stay stuck!! I’m supposed to use a CPap machine but it’s so uncomfortable that I use these instead. They obviously don’t do the same job, but they provide some breathing ability.

I have a deviated septum in my left nose and this helps me breathe at night. I recommend it.

I'm so torn on these. I've had three boxes now where half of them are not sticky and the other half our. This time, all the strips on the right (they come two connected you have to tear apart). I'll pull out the two, tear it apart. Open the one on the right, put it on and it doesn't stick at all. Not even really to my finger. Then I open the other one and it's so sticky it gets stuck to my finger.So very frustrating that half are a waste!On a separate note, I walk up every morning and the skin on my nose is read and a bit puffy. Takes about an hour for it to go down. I thought maybe it's just the adhesive as I'm allergic to certain medical tapes and medical pads. Nope, turns out they have latex. I'm allergic to it, mostly on inner flesh. But wearing this that long on my nose has caused me to have reactions.So, not sure what else to do. Very bummed.

These nasal strips really open up your passages and are easy to take off in the morning.

Not sticky enough for half my face! I’ve been having congestion only in my right nostril and nothing is really working, especially at night so I thought I’d try these breathe right strips. Well, I cleaned my face with my regular face wipes and the darn strip kept coming off on the right side only. I used makeup remover, cleaned my face thoroughly, tried again with another strip but it still came unstuck only on the right side. Left side held like a dream! Too bad it doesn’t work with only one side stuck and the other unstuck. I tried with 4 strips and I think I got it to stick to both sides of my nose for a combined 3 seconds total. I’ll try the extra strength, but these were not worth the effort for me.
