This lock does NOT come with the WiFi/Bluetooth module (sold separately). Still awesome!
Gone are the days of accidentally locking myself out of the house, and having to wait until someone else can come let me in. A key code lock should be mandatory on any home built after 2022. It is as essential as a backup camera on a car. I also purchased the WiFi/Bluetooth module to be able to check the lock status from my phone and lock the door remotely if needed. I don't have to go back home because I'm not sure if I locked the door halfway through my drive to work. I love this kind of simple tech!

So far, this is a great door lock. Very happy with its function and style. Hoping the battery life is much better than the wifi locks out there

Easy to install and program. Reliable. Good quality and finish. May no longer be "top of the line", but a solid choice if you want to forgow carrying a key.

I now can go out without any keys. My car no longer requires keys and now I can get in the door without keys. Love it

Missing keys
Product itself is great. Its hooked up and works but didn’t come with keys. When we called support we were told we would have to return it and purchase another one. Quite a pain.

Terrible
This lock will not maintain a connection to the app. It also does not warn me when the battery is low, it’s completely useless as a smart lock, I can’t control it from my phone for more than a day, and I only know the batteries have died when someone try’s to input the code and the lock is completely off. I’m so use to the lock losing its connection so I never know if it’s connection issues or dead batteries. Please read reviews on sources other than Amazon. A lot of my issues seem to be common complaints.

Quality Issue and Slow customer service(logistic)
The Installation seems very easy however the deadbolt having mechanical failure from the beginning. I haven't been able to complete the installation due to the issue. It took a while to receive the replacement part after calling the Yale call center. I think this product is OK as long as you receive a good part.
