I take one a day and I think it has cured me of my chronic UTIs. When I feel something coming on, I take two or three for a couple of days. Doesn't upset my stomach. I think it may be helping with my skin too. But, that's just a side note.

I have an irritable bladder as a symptom of fibromyalgia. I take one capsule of Cranactin each morning. This keeps my bladder from irritability.
