Perfect relaxer for sensitive scalp
The media could not be loaded. I have been using this brand since 2016 I don't use no other relaxer the packages changed but the formula is the same the relaxer doesn't burn ur scalp you will feel a bit of itching don't scratch please you cannot do this at home you need to see a hair stylist for this the reason I stay with this brand is for the finish after the relaxer your feel soft and moisture love love don't hesitate to get it.

Not a fun Process but happy with the results
I have a sensitive scalp and most of the reviews I read leaned towards this product not burning as much as most others. It still burned...a lot! the timer was set to 12 minutes for total time including application and smoothing as per the instructions but had to rinse out at 7. The neutralizing conditioner really works and boy was I happy about that! After rinsing out the relaxer my hair did not feel good at all. I used the conditioner as directed and was not to pleased when I rinsed it out. Then I did the restructuring mask...AMAZING RESULTS! Over all my scalp is fine, looks healthy, no visible burns found or felt.

NOT A RELAXER FOR ETHNIC HAIR
Absolutely NOT for relaxing ethnic hair. I ordered this product bcz I have a sensitive scalp and had no reaction. This is more of a conditioner and not a relaxer... it did not straighten or relax my hair but conditioned well. I still have an afro. Not recommended if you want a straight style.

BEST STUFF EVER!!!!
I have always used No-Lye relaxers because I have a sensitive scalp but EXTRA TOUGH kinky African hair- I wasn't very happy with the store brand I was using (Soft & Beautiful) so after some research I decided to try this. BEST. RELAXER. EVER. My hair came out so straight!!! And no damage to my scalp! I'm very impressed with this. Will be ordering it as long as I continue to relax my hair.PS: You have to buy the neutralizing shampoo separately as the kit doesn't come with it. I just got some store stuff which cost less than $ 2.

Simple Amazing
Was recommended this product by a friend, my hair is not super course but frizzy mostly doesn't last as long as expected but maybe I didn't leave it in too long being my 1st try doesn't have that horrible smell, has not dried up my hair even after so many weeks like other relaxers, definitely will keep using this again.
