Addicting flavor
Okay, so I originally bought this Salt & Vinegar Gourmet Fries Seasoning to use on—you guessed it—fries. But one day I sprinkled a bit on my homemade roasted peanuts, and let me just say… GAME. CHANGER.The flavor is bold, tangy, and that perfect salty punch you’d expect from salt & vinegar chips, but somehow it works even better with peanuts. It gives them this zesty kick that’s honestly addictive. Every time I make a new batch, they disappear way too fast—my family keeps asking for more! The seasoning itself is finely ground, so it coats the peanuts really evenly without clumping. I usually toss them right after roasting while they’re still warm, and it sticks beautifully. Just a little goes a long way, too.Pros:• Intense and delicious salt & vinegar flavor• Perfect texture for sticking to peanuts or fries• Great value—lasts a while• Versatile (I’ve tried it on popcorn and even roasted chickpeas!)Cons:• May cause snack addiction… seriously.Final Thoughts:If you’re a salt & vinegar fan like me and you enjoy making your own snacks at home, do yourself a favor and grab this. Whether it’s fries, peanuts, or popcorn, it adds that mouthwatering tang that keeps you coming back for more.

A million uses! Great value.
Great taste & substitute for trying to guess how much vinegar/salt to use. But can use it on lots of foods, soups, meats, fish, vegetables.

Be careful when shaking
Tastes great, love it on french fries. I live in a humid area so after a while it started clumping pretty bad. Shaking it or breaking up the clumps with a spoon or fork seems to do the trick. However, please be careful when shaking it as the lid flaps can come open very easily, so you should hold it down with your fingers while shaking to avoid a huge powdery mess...

Great flavor
So the salt and vinegar flavor it has been something I have been desperately trying to find the right kind I know this won't help everybody but I lived in the Pacific Northwest for a while and the Albertsons out there made salt and vinegar wings and it was done with a fine powder I worked there so I know what the product look like because I dealt with it I've had other salt and vinegar products and they're granularly and not good it just doesn't absorb right the wing doesn't soak it in this is powdered out to Perfection the flavor is strong without being overpowering I tried it on frys tonight as soon as we got it in because I was so excited I will try it again when I have wings and I can't wait because the flavor is just perfect

Could have had a stronger vinegar flavor; powder; no country of manufacture listed
I bought this for the vinegar flavor, but was a little let down. I've tasted other products at restaurants with more vinegar flavor. On tasting it, even though I tried it a couple of times, even overdoing it, I just get more of a salty flavor and the vinegar flavor doesn't come through as much as I'd hoped. This is a powder, so it coats better than granules. Nice. No country of manufacture listed, but it is distributed by a company from New Jersey.

Good for more than fries
I like vinegar on greens, brussel sprouts, and fish but I needed a vinegar than wasn't easily broken(since, I only knew vinegar to be sold in glass). I like that you get more use out of this seasoning as a "dry" vinegar since you have more control over where it goes. I also like that l don't have to worry about refrigerating it after opening, saving me space in my minifridge. I'll caution that "a little dab will do you"; the vinegar flavor is very strong and you can skip the salt when you use this.

Sodium diacetate
I love salt and vinegar flavor. In my area the best s&v chips are made by herrs. I looked up their ingredients and found they use sodium diacetate. This is the only s&v product I could find on Amazon that has it and it’s sooo good. It doesn’t have msg though so you may want to add that separately.
