Fabulous
They cut. They are in a case for storage. There is a screwdriver supplied to change blades if wanted. Fabulous. Not sure why others have complained. But I love these. Arrived quickly, 3 days before expected delivery date. 5 stars from me. Am a vineyard worker and these are brilliant for grapevines, roses and fruit trees for pencil thick graftings. Any bigger and you will need to pay more or buy a knife and graft the old way.

Not fit purpise
Blade on this is NOT Sharpe, cannot even cut through the thinnest branch. Total waste of money

Build quality is poor
The plastic locking mechanism broke once we unlock it. That shows the build quality is poor. I can't recommend this product even if the price is affordable.
