ALIGNMED Posture Shirt 2.0 Zipper for Women

I absolutely love these shirts, I now own 3 of them! Their snug fit helps support my back, especially when I’m on my feet for long periods of time. It helps me stand straighter and keep my shoulders back. They’re built to last and are flattering by helping hide my belly! I wear one almost daily. I only wish their neck was wider so it doesn’t show under shirts.

I'm using this posture shirt for a rather unusual reason. I bought the first one for posture / bad shoulder pain reasons. (Torn rotator cuff, etc.). I came down with shingles 2 1/2 years ago, and still have the residual burning pain across my back & around my chest under my breasts. Needless to say, standard bras hit that painful area. I found (after many bra purchases!) that my original posture shirt was just right, and that I could wear it all day! My recent purchase of another posture shirt arrived today. I'm wearing it now, & I'm very happy with it! I'll buy another soon. They're worth every penny!!

It took an extremely long time for me to get this!!! I was afraid this would be too small in the bust if I ordered ex-small, but the small turned out to be too big…it did absolutely nothing but show under a shirt when I tried it on, so I’m returning it. I ordered an ex-small in black and white with high hopes…still no benefits, so they’re going back, as well. These were/are a complete waste of money for me. The (far cheaper) neoprene vests are far better than these extremely expensive t-shirts.

So for the cost, I really wish this brand did half sizes. The medium recommended by the size chart was so loose that I felt no shoulder benefit. But the small is so tight as to really be a form of extreme shapewear. Also, why are there sleeves? They are the same compression material and cover the tricep with not much purpose.

Bought to help with posture and back pain. It helped with those. Only downside is it’s difficult to find clothing that hides it. Neckline is pretty high so standard collarless shirts don’t cover.

Clearly not designed to be functional for women with perfect breasts… if you follow the sizing guidelines, have luscious lady lumps, but lack the shoulders of a linebacker do NOT walk.. run from this product. Your twin peaks will be the only thing compressed while loose fabric Forest Gump waves as you stare at yourself in the mirror feeling utterly defeated. Gave 2 stars for the otherwise quality materials used and ease of returning process.

I used this under my PJs for about two to help me with my back pain. It helped my alignment as I am a side sleeper and allowed me to turn and also to rise more easily. I had also had one about two years ago. Both times I had a vertebral compression fracture. Each one was a different place. It would be nice if it came in a shorter length. For me at 5'0" the hem comes all the way to the top of my leg/torso point.
