While you don’t get the exact kits shown due to candy kits phasing in and out production-wise, everything was really yummy. Some of these are DIY candy kits and some aren’t. Everything was tasty and DIY kits were a lot of fun to make. Overall, very happy with this purchase.

Always a favorite in my household, delicious and fun! Yes, the instructions are in Japanese, but they label everything quite clearly and have lots of pictures. I think you can get through without the Japanese, if you are nervous try looking up the product on Youtube. I have found English instructions for every one, so you shouldn't have any trouble. Don't be intimidated, these are so much fun and very tasty!

I love these kits, and the price is great! They are easy to use, even with the directions in Japanese. If in doubt, there's always YouTube to walk you through them. The only problem I ran into was that the soft candy inside was all melted at some point and re-solidified into unidentifiable blobs - very tasty blobs, but just not the same experience you'd expect. The kits don't have any soft candies in them, so they should be fine. Even with the three melted packets, this is still a great price at $20 - The kits alone can cost up to five dollars each sold separately in specialty stores.

I bought this after reading some reviews that stated there was little variety. I was pretty happy with my assortment and variety of candies. I had 6 kits that were DIY and 3 candy packs (I’ve only tried one but it seems they are gum?). Overall, the package was so worth the price. Very pleased!!

Bad expried food

I specifically ordered this pack for the laces and/or the drink. We got three of the same pull apart type candy, one slime, and five mix and dips - no laces or drink. They are what I was looking for (DIY Japanese candy), but the variety is not there.

Really good. If you like sweet stuff this is for you! I got 3 pull aparts, 2 slimes, and the rest were the paste where you dio it in candy.

I bought this set for my six year old who loves watching Japanese Candy videos. Previously, I had purchased a different set which contained 9 actual kits to make candy, that kit was great. Unfortunately, this set had 9 packages, but only five are candy making kits, the other four only candy. So, more expensive, and only five actual kits, a bit of a rip off IMO. I recommend you pass if actually making the candies is what you are after.
