Seems to work.
I used indigo dye to color a pair of tan jeans. The fixative seemed to work as it should.

Worked wonderfully
Liked because it did just what it was supposed to do. It locked the color in and color didn't bleed on other garments when washed.

Simple to use and works well. Seems to stabilize color in my tie dye projects. Works better than soda ash in my opinion

Bought for my husband
My husband re-dyed his jeans, washed them another time and they bled on a few things so we got this but haven't used it yet. I'll review it again when we do use it.

Great with cotton!
My grandson waned to dye a pair of white contain pants to match his doublet for his Renaissance costume. We treated the now dyes mustard pants and it worked like a charm. The day of the event was rainy and there was no running or staining.

Hard to find in retail stores
Amazon to the rescue again. All of the big craft stores in town that carried RIT dye did not carry the dye fix. I overdyed 4 yards of Irish linen, and I need to set the dye. This did the trick.
