Great for flag football
My nine-year-old son uses these to protect his elbows and knees during flag football. After the first week without them and some skinned up elbows and knees, these have kept him unharmed despite diving hitting the ground multiple times each weekend. Even with all those impacts, there has been no damage. About to purchase more for my younger son

It doesn’t fit kids like it should advertised to fit children

Kids sizes runs too small
My daughter wrists and ankles were too small and these were loose. Can't use at the moment. Will go in store to purchase more.
