Fits smaller than wanted but doable. Took a bit to figure out lol. All in all fun item.

The waistband fits fine on my 36" waist, with probably several more inches of stretch.But, that's not the important part that we're all wondering about, is it?The rings that go around your important bits are not elastic at all. They're just regular cloth with barely any stretch. I could only fit through the smaller of the two rings, but the larger ring was too small to get around the parts it needed to get around, so I gave up on that one.There's a marginal bit of lift from that one ring, but I don't feel it really contributes at all to the actual performance of my parts.I cannot recommend this, even for the price.

This product is very good for what it is. It is comfortable, fits well, and displays my stuff nicely. The only partial issue is that the openings for the C&Bs are a tiny bit small and the material is not very stretchy. It takes some work to get everything in place but is very good.

Fits me pretty well and does a decent job of holding my packer (Axolom Cokit Mini)/junk in place in jeans, although I'd prefer something more secure (That's just me because of my paranoia) and that sheds less fabric. It does the job for now.

I consider myself an average sized male, and the penis band was really tight. When erect, it was definitely restrictive to the point it was uncomfortable.The testicles band was too small for both. After struggling, I could fit one, but was super uncomfortable.I ended up using the testicle loop for my penis, and replaced the other loop with a longer elastic strap. I thought it was worth the work because I like the rest of it.

Must admit I had high hopes for what I viewed as very erotic and sensual . But as other reviewers noted , the loops are not stretchy and small . Getting my “junk” thru each loop was difficult and not comfortable. Very disappointing as it looks like a very fun wear , but just not practical . Design needs tweeking for the American man’s size . Maybe okay for smaller guys , but not me a typical American male . I returned this . 😞

As in other reviews I read prior to buying this, I agree on most points. The look and feel when wearing it is great. Getting it on can be a challenge due to the none stretch of the hoops. But if the hoops gave the snug feeling wouldn't be there.To avoid the breaking as others experienced, I cinched up my pair in a ring I'm sure we all have. If not get a few!! Once cinched, I was able to maneuver them in successfully. After, take the ring off.For the other, you need to put it thru alone. Any sense of excitement will prevent you from getting it on.Once on, the feeling is great! Wife loves the look and if and full access to all !

Any pics would be a "hard" R rating or probably NC-17, but the rings were way too small. I could only get the larger ring half way down with a Large (32-33" waist) and it really wasn't that great for the other bits. I'm by no means an adult film star but the lack of elastic in the rings is terrible. Maybe they do this for the lack of girth in China or maybe it's some psychological thing to boost the egos of the consumers. I wish I could recommend these but I can't so I won't.If you're a bit smaller down there maybe they'd work for you or maybe you need to go up a few sizes beyond what the sizing chart says. Maybe there's a different brand that would work a bit better.
