It installed perfectly fine but apparently my battery case cover cracked while installing so haven’t had time to test it but rarely if ever had any issues with the batteries I’ve ordered.

Easy to install, running on a standard GBASP, haven't charged it in about 3 days of evening play with still a green light. Great upgrade from the original battery only lasting about 90 min.

This battery can’t possibly be 2800mah. I know that a lot of batteries online don’t actually reach the capacity they advertise, but this one is pretty blatant. Either the one I received was defective or the advertised mah is wrong. I’m getting maybe an hour out of a charge before the battery dies. I have an IPS screen on my gba sp so I’m aware of the power draw, but I primarily play at low/mid brightness and my OEM battery lasts longer than this battery does. Either the item information is false or this product has poor quality control

If you own an sp since it came out, want to buy one, or recently bought one second hand, this is a great upgrade for your SP. Especially if you've upgraded to a better quality screen like I've done. The battery life am testing right now after I drained it and fully charged it. I do know is that it stopped charging once the battery became fully charged. The battery itself is similar in dimension to the original battery.

This battery has worked well on my gameboys. I would recommend it to anyone looking to extend their battery life. I will say you do have to charge and discharge the battery fully to work right it was by about the 4,5th charge that the battery life was optimal.
