I love these gummies, I haven't seen any improvement in my hair skin or nails but they are delicious and I feel like I'm doing something good for myself when I eat them in the morning.

Used for a month.. probably helped? But for the price just meh and not a huge fan of the flavor. The gummies with berry flavors are far superior - so they really should reconsider doing these in something different. I use their Melatonin ones all the time and LOVE those.. these were sort of disappointing.
