Hi. I purchased the 4 fl. oz., and it did not have a dropper. Top is a flip top, with a small hole. I purchased this because it's supposed to be good for the body, but....it taste so, so, nasty, with a linger after-taste, that I still have a full bottle. If you live in the Austin area, I'll give it to you.
