I noticed my hair was getting a little thin. Decided against a well known German shampoo and opted for Biotin.I have waited several months before reviewing, but I can honestly say, for me these have really worked, my hair has definitely thickened out, even hubby noticed. As a secondary point, my nails now grow much quicker, a bonus I didn't expect. I will definitely continue with these, and because they are so small, really easy to swallow.

These are great, easy to swallow and find that my hair seems to be getting thicker. Ordered some more and unfortunately larger and very difficult to swallow:-(

Picked up these Biotin Hair Growth Vitamins (12,000mcg) with cautious optimism and a healthy dose of curiosity. I can’t say for certain they’ve transformed my follicles into a lush rainforest—but I’ve still got hair, and that’s not nothing.The tablets are easy to take, don’t taste of anything alarming, and the added zinc and selenium are a nice bonus for nails and skin. I haven’t noticed any dramatic regrowth, but I also haven’t noticed any dramatic loss—which, in this game, feels like a quiet win.If you’re looking for a miracle, you might want to manage expectations. But if you’re after a bit of nutritional backup for your barnet, these are a solid, affordable option

I have used these supplements religiously now for around 3 years. I think the supplements themselves are great value for money, its very helpful to see all the additional benefits clearly displayed on the bottle. However, I do question whether they actually work. I haven't had my hair grow much at all, my skin still isn't great and I wouldn't say its a must-have product as I struggle to see whether they have made any difference or not.

Five stars, only because I've found this previously to be a very effective, biotin, zinc and selenium formulation, that I have been taking to support my poor diet. I have ulcerative colitis and cannot tolerate all the things I used to love, that used to love me back, like wholemeal-anything and green leafy veg - it just won't digest, causing pain and other unpleasant symptoms. My nails had really begun to suffer, they would snap at the slightest knock, they were flaking and growing so slowly, they may as well, have not bothered. I started on a different brand of biotin (that refused to post my review, for some reason), it took rather a long time to show minimal results, too - I changed to this brand & things came on in leaps and bounds. I had re-ordered recently, I just finished my last bottle & opened the new one, to find that the tablets are now >3x larger. This is going to be a problem, for my dysphagia - I struggle to swallow my contraceptive pill, even with water - the biotin I just finished, the tablets were just a bit bigger than the contraceptive - the size of the tablets now, are all the way from off-putting to intimidating for someone like me. I will have to go back to the drawing board. The thought did occur to me, that, if the previous little pills had all the quoted nutrients, what is the extra bulk for, what does it contain? I've read all about supplement companies, padding out their products with unnecessary, or even counter-productive fillers - I'll pass on that, but, thanks, anyway. NEXT!

These tablets are honestly amazing! I'm always skeptical about vitamins and whether they will but these actually do! Ive been taking them since February I think possibly march due to postpartum hair loss where I had large bald patches and my hair started growing back within a few weeks of starting them. The bald patches are already filled with new hair which is amazing because I had to wait a very long time for my hair to grow back with my first child. They are decent sized tablets but are a bit powdery if you don't down then in time. Really good supply with 3 months of tablets. I tell everyone about these and recommend them to everyone. I honestly didn't think it would work for postpartum but it does 😄
