OMG - I love these! My shoulders/neck get very tense and these balls are fantastic to massage some of those knots and tightness away. I love how firm they are so I can press down to get deeper pressure or roll them along, say, my arms for lighter pressure. I can squeeze a ball between my shoulders or upper back and the wall and get a great massage that way. I should say that I like deep-tissue massages so the firmness of these balls work well for me. (Also, fortunately, the balls I received did not have a smell to them; some other reviews had mentioned the balls they received had a smell.)

My husband uses these daily doing physical therapy. He got this set to have at home & to use twice daily as recommended. He loves them. He uses these on a wall so it does not cause bruising as it would on the floor. It is helping his back with the set of exercises he is doing.

First full week of incorporating them with my stretching routines for stress relief. I keep one with me at work and use the office wall for a great neck and shoulders massage. Usage as an evening wind down and bedtime routine has resulted in more time in restorative deep sleep which was one of my goals.

These massage balls are decent quality and come at a great price, especially for a set of two. They’re helpful for general muscle relief and yoga therapy, but they’re softer than I was expecting. If you're looking for deep, intense pressure for serious knots or trigger points, they might not be firm enough. Still, they work well for lighter massage and are a good value overall.

These work great. I use them for the dogs and they are super bouncy, durable, and have a good weight to them. They're pretty much indestructible and they last a very long time.

My husband uses his on his back and I use mine for Plantar Fasciitis- they work great!

Absolutely LOVE using these! I have smashed and destroyed more tennis balls/new dog toy balls than I care to admit. I have knots in my shoulders and back that are painful. These are firm but don't feel like hard plastic (since it's not made of that). Also, it was a game changer using these on my glutes to alleviate deep soreness. I lay on my carpeted floor and never worried about smashing the ball as I gently rolled over it. Hands down, I wish I had purchased these years ago!

This item is a great help for muscles that need loosening but are difficult to reach!! I use them daily on my back & such a wonderful difference. Thank you😊
