My Little Library: Stories of Jesus (12 Board Books)

Super cute perfect for Sacrament meeting!!

We loved this little set and so does our niece. Durable and theologically sound.

These books were a great purchase for my 2 year old. He loves reading and has a big interest in smaller books right now. The price on these were great as well. Would recommend!

1. These pages do a great job of summarizing the stories while keeping the message. Like the prodigal son: a man had two sons... one son asked for money and left... he spent it all on wild parties... when he returned the father welcomed him home... his brother was angry... your brother was lost and now is found...like the father in the story, God always welcomes us home again.2. It teaches less common stories of the Bible like the Wedding at Canna.3. There's not a shame factor that many other books (unintentionally) have. For instance, there's no "we do good things so God will love us" or "they didn't listen to God and you should or else." It has great inclusion of "because God loves us" messages.4. So short. So simple. So easily memorized by my 3-year-old. You'll be AMAZED to hear these wonderful messages repeated back to you, and you know the seed was planted.

Love these!! Great for reading to your baby before bed and for toddlers to learn Bible stories since they are short and simple for kids to understand.

The picture can kind of be misleading but these are TINY lol. But they're super cute & the kids loved them!

We received some little learning board books just like these from a baby shower and my daughter has played with them regularly since she was big enough to handle them. By 17 months she had figured them out and loves to look at them still. She had started saying “amen” when we pray at home and at church so I checked Amazon to see if there was any Bible board books like these available… Hooray! My girl is now almost 20 months old and plays with these books daily. There’s more words in them so it took her a little while to get into them, but after we and her grandparents read them to her a few times, she began “reading” them to herself and others. She listens to the stories and it just warms my mama heart when she then tells it herself (though it’s all jibberish right now.)We’re thrilled to be able to introduce Jesus to our daughter so young. I pray she never loses her joy of learning and truly finds the joy of the Lord as she grows and understands more in this world.“These commandments that I give you today are to be on your hearts.
