Passing on the memories
When my nephew was small I used to take him and his brother to Disneyland. A lot. We had passes. Those boys and I have an enduring love of all things Disney as a result. For us, Disneyland really was "the happiest place on earth." When my nephew and his wife had a son this summer I bought the baby this figuring, along with a layette (Disney-themed, of course). For us, this figurine was more than just something to put on a shelf: It was a reminder of happy, happy days, and a way of connecting my new grand-nephew to those happy days.
