This product arrived on time, and had really good reviews. However I have to be honest and say I have been taking these for a while now and seeing no difference. That's just my opinion and may work for others! Sadly not for me.

I have been taking this product as instructed for 3weeks now and i am so miserable at the results. I have gained 8lbs in that time. I was constantly hungry and suddenly developed a sugar fetish, felt tired an sluggish all the time and felt heavy around my waist. Quite the opposite to what these are meant to achieve. I stopped taking 2 days ago an can already feel me going back to my normal self except for wanting to loose more weight than i initially started out to do. Don't work for everyone i guess.

I bought this product alongside of two friends. We all took 60 tablets over the recommended period of 1 month alongside of my healthy eating plan. Extremely disappointed as over the four week period I only lost 1/2lb!!!!! Feel let down. I have advised people to think carefully before buying. I would love to get my money back!
